Initial Appointment

Your initial appointment will begin with a comprehensive clinical examination conducted by Dr. Lopez-Belio, including a full assessment of previous and needed work, a full series of diagnostic x-rays, a periodontal exam, an oral cancer screening exam, and a TMJ screening exam.  Following the examination, Dr. Lopez-Belio will review her findings with you and discuss a customized treatment plan. 

Please note that dental cleanings can only be scheduled for after the initial exam. While we make every effort to accommodate same-day cleanings, same-day availability cannot always be guaranteed. 

What to Bring

  • Completed New Patient Paperwork 
  • Any X-rays, if applicable
  • Dental insurance card
  • Medical insurance card, if applicable

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

X-Rays

If your previous dentist has taken recent x-rays (within 6-months), you may request that they forward them to our office by emailing them to [email protected].
